Bill was a great realtor

Bill was a great realtor for me. He gave me excellent advice about the best timing for me, comparable properties, pricing, and preparation of my home. He had a photographic portfolio made during the summer when the yard looked prettiest, though I wasn't ready to move out and put it on the market until February. He had the house staged to show to best advantage. Bill set it up so we could handle signatures electronically and speed up the process. Bill has deep experience in the Iowa City area and I appreciate his thorough, patient and very honest approach. The sale and closing went smoothly and I do not hesitate to recommend him. I enjoyed working with Bill, very much.
