I have been completely satisfied with Bill's service. He has been an excellent adviser and always working in my best interest. I followed his advice about preparing the house for sale, and its staging and pricing. He always explained closing costs and terms carefully, and researched comparable properties to set the price. His background in construction is very helpful, and he has long knowledge of the Iowa City history. He was always prompt to reply to questions, and he is a very pleasant person in general, with a good sense of humor, and he hears what I say. I have enjoyed working with him and my house sold quickly, and at full price. I recommend him highly.
